  5. This patch applies to "Exile" by Audiogenic (c) 1991 - 1 disk.
  6. Slave requires WHDLOAD V13+.
  7. Game requires 0.5 MB Chip Mem (+ 0.9 other memory for preload option)

  10. - Full loading from HD
  11. - Savegames redirected to HD
  12. - RNC disk protection removed
  13. - Blitter waits added
  14. - No waiting for intro module pattern anymore
  15. - Faster boot option added (set tooltype CUSTOM1=1)
  16. - NI/ROM icon (created by JHZ)
  17. - Quit option (your default key)

  20. - Now both Copylock Protection routines have been removed properly
  21. - Code protection later in the game removed
  22. - Replaced JHZ's small single frame icons with a 120x96 RomIcon, NewIcon,
  23.   and OS3.5 Colour Icon (Codetapper) and 2 Exoticons (taken from

  28. It appears that many people with Emulators and Real Amiga's have had
  29. problems from this game for a long time, this is SOLELY because The Company
  30. in a rare form of slackness, didn't crack it properly, hence why all ADF
  31. files are basically junk!

  33. Now, ALL copy protection is removed and Exile plays as it should....

  35. HOW TO TRANSFER MY OLD SAVEDISK?
  36. Put your old savegame floppy in the disk drive.  Get disk2file (it's a
  37. program from the JST package).  Now write this line in CLI:

  39.         disk2file 0 Disk.2 108 159
  40.  
  41. It will create the file 'Disk.2' with size 292864 bytes.  Copy it into the
  42. Exile directory.
